However, Russia has not yet announced a comprehensive ceasefire covering the entire conflict.
Diplomatic activity has increased in recent days, with US representatives holding discussions with both Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The latest talks have produced new proposals aimed at finding a possible path toward peace, although major disagreements remain between Moscow and Kyiv.
