New York City, July 29, 2025 — A tragic mass shooting unfolded this morning at a high-rise office building in Midtown Manhattan, leaving multiple victims and prompting a massive law enforcement response.
According to initial reports from the NYPD, the incident occurred around 10:15 a.m. at an office complex located near 6th Avenue and West 45th Street. Witnesses described scenes of chaos as employees fled the building amid the sound of gunfire.
Emergency services responded swiftly, securing the area and evacuating occupants. At least 4 individuals are reported to have been shot, with several in critical condition. The victims include office workers and visitors.
